MEETING DATES FOR YEAR 2009

 

The 2009 regular meeting of the Clare Conservation District Board of Directors shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise stated.  All rescheduled or special meetings shall be posted at the Clare Conservation District office in Clare County Building, 225 W. Main Street, Harrison, Michigan. Clare Conservation District Board members will be notified of any changes.

ANNUAL BREAKFAST MEETING

Elections will be held on this date.

Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. – noon

 Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 4:30 p.m.

 

ALL MEETINGS WILL BE HELD IN THE CLARE COUNTY COURT HOUSE BUILDING IN MEETING ROOM B UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE ON THE MEETING AGENDA.  Any items to be placed on the meeting agenda must be to the Conservation Office 7 business days prior to the meeting.
