CLARE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

MEETING DATES FOR YEAR 2010

 The 2010 regular meeting of the Clare Conservation District Board of Directors shall be held on the third Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise stated.  All rescheduled or special meetings shall be posted at the Clare Conservation District office in Clare County Building, 225 W. Main Street, Harrison, Michigan. Clare Conservation District Board members will be notified of any changes.

ANNUAL BREAKFAST MEETING

Saturday March 20, 2010 at 9:00am - noon

Harrison Lions building (fairgrounds)

Elections will be held on this date.

 Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

ALL MEETINGS WILL BE HELD IN THE CLARE COUNTY COURT HOUSE BUILDING IN MEETING ROOM B UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE ON THE MEETING AGENDA.  Any items to be placed on the meeting agenda must be to the Conservation Office 7 business days prior to the meeting.
