GUIDELINES(Read Carefully Before Completing Order Form)
1. Please make sure all the needed information, on your order form, is completely filled out. (PLEASE PRINT).
2. Spring orders are on a first come – first serve basis and while quantities last. Ordering Deadline is April 9th, 2007. Fully prepaid orders will be assigned order numbers as they are received at the District Office. During distribution, orders are packaged according to their assigned order number. All prices listed include State sales tax. Checks or Money Orders for the full amount must be sent with your order and made payable to: Clare Conservation District. We are not able to accept Credit Cards. MI Sales Tax # H 38-6365635, MDA Certification # NC1000664 exp. 10/31/07 Please note: if your check is returned we will charge a $25.00 fee.
3. Please be advised: Refunds $5.00 and under will not be processed and considered a donation. Add your totals carefully, please.
4. Unless prior arrangements are made with our office, orders not picked up during the designated pick-up days, will be considered cancelled. If for some reason you are unable to get your trees during the scheduled pick-up days, you must contact our office and we will work with you on alternative arrangements.
5. THE CLARE CONSERVATION DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR REFUND PAYMENT DUE TO CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. No matter how much we may like to, we CANNOT guarantee anyone’s order or the life of the items. We strongly suggest you CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE the premises.
6. A pick-up post card will be sent with your order confirmation before the pick-up dates (after the deadline of April 9th). You will need to bring this post card with you in exchange for your order. This post card will not only give you the day, times and location for picking up your order, but also confirms what you ordered. Barring any unforeseen weather conditions, we believe your orders will be available to pick up on April 27th, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and April 28th, 9 to 2 p.m., at the Clare County Fairgrounds at the barn located south of the Grandstand.
To understand the age data listed please read the following and write the appropriate age on the order form:
2-0: Seedlings at least 2 years grown in nursery bed with approximates sizes of 6” -18” 3-0: Seedlings at least 3 years grown in nursery bed with approximate sizes of 10” -18+” Trans: Seedlings first grown in the nursery bed then separated and grown alone with approximate sizes of 10” - 24”
WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE SIZES FROM NURSERIES THAT SUPPLY OUR STOCK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is unlawful to resell material purchased from the Clare CD with its roots attached in accordance with the Insect, Pest and Plant Disease Act, P. A. 189 OR 1931, as amended. |
