Crisp, sugary-sweet fruit on super-hardy trees. Pears are medium in size with thin, golden, russeted skin. When picked prior to frost they store well under cool conditions. The crispy flesh softens when kept at room temperature for a few days. Ideal for fresh eating or canning. Pollination partners: Harrow Sweet or Flemish Beauty.
